Membership and Registration Process

National Footvolley Championship 2026

The National Footvolley Federation (FNFV) informs that all athletes wishing to participate in the 2026 National Footvolley Championship must have a valid federation membership for the current sports season.

Who can join?

Membership can be done through one of the following modalities:

Athlete Integrated into a Club

• Athletes registered by a club affiliated with the FNFV.
• Official representation of the respective club in national competitions.

Individual Athlete

• Athletes who are not linked to an affiliated club.
• Possibility of participation in national competitions through individual membership.

Required Documentation

To complete the membership process, the following documents must be submitted:

Membership Form

The membership form must be duly completed and signed by the athlete.

It must be accompanied by a valid identification document:

• Citizen Card
• Passport
• Residence Permit
• Other official identification document

Sports Medical Examination

Presentation of a valid Sports Medical Examination is mandatory, in accordance with current legislation.

The examination must:

• Be valid for the current sports season;
• Be carried out before the completion of the affiliation process;
• Remain valid during the period of participation in competitions.

How to Participate in the 2026 National Footvolley Championship?

1. Register with the National Footvolley Federation through the Club or individually;
2. Submit all mandatory documentation;
3. Pay the respective affiliation and registration fees;
4. Confirm registration in the stages of the 2026 National Footvolley Championship;
5. Comply with the current sports and disciplinary regulations.
