One of the most traditional and main places of footvolley practice, the city of Póvoa de Varzim and its well-known Naútico Beach, once again hosted a stage of the National Championship.
On the 3rd and 4th of August, the main national athletes, 28 teams, 56 athletes, from the north to the south of the country, still from the Autonomous Region of Madeira, gave and provided a great spectacle, in a great environment. excitement spreading to an audience that has completely exhausted the venue.
The big winners of the stage were Beto Correia and Filipe Santos, 'poveiros' athletes, well-known players and representatives of CD Póvoa, who in the game of all decisions got the better of the experienced and valuable team of Pedro Salvador and Jorge Gamboa. , also representatives of CD Póvoa, in 2 sets with the partial 10x18 and 13x18.
Third place on the podium was awarded to the two winning semi-finalists, namely Erik Kretzu / Luiz Nogueira (FC Carcavelos) and Alan Cavalcanti / Xande (EF Alan Cavalcanti / Imortal DC).
In an organization of the National Footvolley Federation, the event was supported by several entities, including Póvoa de Varzim City Council, AlgarExperience, Sports Partner, Claw, MyCujoo, CD Póvoa, Náutico Bar, as well as other local partners.
